Meet the Coach

Hello, I'm Andrew, the founder of the Iron Turtle School of Fitness. For years, I've seen how chronic pain and weakness can rob people of their joy and independence, and I've experienced it firsthand. Having lived with six bulging discs in my own spine, I know exactly how debilitating it can be. This personal journey is what drives me to help others find relief and regain their strength.


I am a certified specialist in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement, and a Certified Nutrition Coach. My training isn't just about building muscle; it's about helping you move well, eat well and live well. I understand the importance of being able to handle the demands of daily life with ease; whether that means getting up and down off the floor without a struggle or doing simple chores pain free.


My approach is built on a simple yet powerful principle: the importance of good static and dynamic posture. It's more than just standing up straight; it's addressing poor movement patterns that cause undue pressures on internal structures and cause pain, or discomfort. By identifying and correcting the muscular imbalances that lead to poor posture, we can alleviate pressure on your joints, reduce chronic pain, and prevent future issues.


My mission is to empower you to reclaim your mobility, strength, and confidence. I'm here to guide you toward a life where you not only move without pain but move with power and purpose.

Our ideal clients come from all walks of life, but they all share one common goal: to move pain-free and live a longer, happier life.


For many, this means addressing the aches and pains that have become a part of their daily routine. 


They may be in their late 60s, 70s, or even 80s, who have lived a full and active life but are now feeling the effects of age. They want to play with their grandchildren on the floor without struggling to get back up, go for a walk with their spouse without their knees hurting, or simply carry a bag of groceries without feeling exhausted.


Or, they may be younger individuals who are feeling the premature effects of an inactive lifestyle. They might be in their 20s, 30s, or 40s, experiencing back pain from sitting at a desk all day, or knee pain from a lack of physical activity. Here at the Iron Turtle School of Fitness, we proactively avoid future health issues by addressing the root cause of their pain now, before it becomes a chronic problem.


Regardless of age, our clients understand that health is an investment, not a cost. They are ready to take control of their well-being and are looking for guidance to regain their strength, improve their balance, and live a life filled with vitality and joy.
